Throughout 2013 at SBC we are going to be considering 'What Kind of Father?' God is to each of us.
We are really excited to further explore the grace, love and compassion He extends towards us; but also just how reverent and Holy He is!
We hope this series is a both a blessing and a challenge to all of us as we continue to our walk to know our father more, and ultimately be more like Christ.
Growing to become more like Jesus is at the heart of the life of a Christian and as a church we have recognised this by including it in our definition of a ‘Fully devoted follower of Jesus’. We also believe that discipleship is the responsibility of each individual believer. However, the church does have a role to play, and our Stepping Forward course is designed to help everyone at SBC be continually growing!
Read the document below for more details about the different elements within Stepping Forward.
